The Company reserves the right to contact Users through notifications, reminders, order updates, feedback requests, or any other communications deemed beneficial for the User's experience with the Services.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Authorized Use:
The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. The User agrees not to resell, sublicense, or otherwise misuse the Services.

2.2 User Obligations:
The User warrants that all information provided to the Company is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. The Company shall not be held liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the User.

 

2.3 Prohibited Activities:
The User shall not engage in activities including, but not limited to:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing the Company's intellectual property without authorization.

• Attempting unauthorized access to the Company's systems or data.

• Using the Services for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership:
All content available on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and designs, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

4.3 Results obtained through the use of our medical devices or consulting services are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment plan. Users must consult a licensed medical professional for further interpretation and advice.

5. Payments and Pricing

5.1 Pricing:
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

 

5.2 Payment Terms:
Payments must be made through authorized payment gateways. By completing a transaction, the User agrees to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

 

5.3 Order Processing:
Orders will be processed upon successful payment. The Company is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect payment information provided by the User.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Refund Policy for Medical test devices:

​

• All sales of medical devices, including fertility test kits, are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Dissatisfaction with product results.

  • Delays caused by the User's incorrect information or actions.

• In the event of a defective or damaged product, the User must notify the Company within seven (7) days of receipt. The Company reserves the right to replace the product or issue store credit at its sole discretion.

6.2 Refund and Cancellation Policy for Consulting Services:

​

• Rescheduling: Users may reschedule their appointment by providing at least twelve (12) hours’ notice.

• Cancellations: Cancellations are permitted with a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice.

• No Refunds for Missed Sessions: If the User fails to attend the scheduled counseling session without prior notice, no refund shall be provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

7.2 The Company's total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific product or service.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

8.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Gurugram, India].

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the User's violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Services.
